Specifically, we build and power mobile applications that deliver cardio workout experiences using vast amounts of data in real-time to create personalized and social workout experiences. We build and market products directly to consumers as well as power the workout experiences of some of the biggest brands in the global fitness & wellness industry.
Torch is Vi’s flagship consumer product. It is the first fully hyper casual mobile fitness game for cardio. It transforms users’ real energy into game currency allowing users to compete with their friends on quest progression and character development.
The Head of Marketing role will lead the companies efforts to grow and monetize Torch into a leading consumer fitness product at scale.
- Own strategy and execution for growing Torch users and revenue
- Obsess over measuring performance of various growth efforts, with a particularly focus on ROI and reduction in payback period
- Focus on funnel optimization from first marketing impression through app onboarding
- Provide regular reporting analysis of campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with the product team to bring the right people through the product funnel, optimizing for revenue and retention
- Manage marketing campaigns and broader growth efforts on user acquisition and engagement
- Own public facing communications, including social media channels with a focus on meeting core company KPIs
- 3+ years growing and monetizing social mobile games previously
- Passionate about Torch’s Mission and excited to take on the challenge
- Able to multitask and prioritize among many competing needs in a fast-paced fluid environment, and ensure delivery dates are met
- Fluent English – verbal and written
- Experience working closely with product team to optimize marketing monetization
